Client Service Associate
Casandra serves as a Client Service Associate at The Hamilton Group, where she supports both new and existing clients with a wide range of financial service requests, inquiries, and account-related needs. She also plays a key role in coordinating transactions and managing associated documentation, helping to ensure a seamless and high-touch client experience.
Originally from Vermont, Casandra earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Johnson State College. Prior to joining The Hamilton Group, she served as a Client Services Associate at a privately owned financial services firm, where she built a strong foundation in client support and operational efficiency.
Outside of the office, Casandra enjoys spending time with friends, paddleboarding, visiting the park with her dog Bella, and exploring new restaurants.
