Carly serves as Director of Operations for The Hamilton Group, where she leads the firm's operational infrastructure and ensures every client relationship is supported with precision, care, and accountability. Her role bridges strategic oversight and hands-on client stewardship — managing complex financial matters, coordinating high-stakes transactions, and upholding the firm's commitment to an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

Carly brings over a decade of experience in financial services, including seven years at Merrill Lynch, a tenure with Bank of America's Business Banking division, and a role supporting high-net-worth clients at a private bank in Denver — each position deepening her expertise in wealth management operations and client-centered service.

Carly has called Colorado home for the past 16 years, where she lives with her husband, Jake, and their two children, Emeline and Nile. Outside of work, she is an avid sports lover, enjoys spending time with family, running, hiking, and camping.
